These April Fools shirts were made for the Grateful Dead concerts at Nassau Coliseum 1993, March 31 & April 1, 2, 4, 5. These 5 shows were approximately 20 years after the Grateful Dead first performance at Nassau Coliseum in March 1973 with many legendary sets in between. The 1993 concerts were the penultimate performances at this venue by Grateful Dead, returning only one more time for another 5 night run in March 1994.
